Welcome to Romeo Public School

Welcome to Romeo Public School.  We are located near Stratford’s city center and home of the Romeo Roadrunners. With 16 staff members, we provide a supportive learning environment for approximately 150 JK to Grade 6 students.

At Romeo, we are committed to continuous improvement, positive citizenship, and environmental stewardship.  Our focus on achievement in numeracy and literacy will continue with a specific emphasis on instructional strategies to develop thinking skills.  Along with completing many facets of curriculum, our students will have opportunities to participate in a number of extra curricular activities organized by our wonderful and caring staff throughout the school year.
Romeo has a dynamic and caring group of volunteers who support our students, staff, and school community in a multitude of ways.  Our active School Council meets monthly in order to provide support and special opportunities for our students.  To enhance our unique and positive school culture, we welcome parent and community involvement.  Interested volunteers are encouraged to contact the school office for further details.
